How to add a Workflow
You send a mail containg a link to a workflow. (Unshortend links only) As soon as the mail is received the workflow will be indexed and added to the database. You get a confirmation with all the versions of the workflow. The workflows are identified by name. So if you change the name you get a new history. Version marks like (v3) at the end of the workflowname are ignored.
How can I add description to a Workflow
You can add a description by adding an Exit Workflow
at the end of the Workflow and after
it a Textblock
. The content of the Textblock will then appear as description. You can use markup language, but no html.
How do I get an overview of my workflows
You can get the latest version of each workflow by sending a mail to the special mail address assigned to you and the subject: Workflows
. This will give you an overview of all the latest versions of your submitted workflows. Or you can access them using the RSS url provided to you by mail.
Can I have a previous version?
Of course you can. By sending a mail to the special mail address assigned to you and the subject: Workflow: Workflowname
but without a link to a workflow. This will give you a list of all the workflows with the specific name. Or you can access them using the RSS url provided to you by mail.
How can I publish my workflow
Great, share what you have created: After you're registered send the workflow link in a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
. It will then be published on the website and the public rss feed. And you get a response mail to inform you everything was correct.
